The aprtments are well maintained the staff is friendly and helpful, The apartments are large and very well maintained. The grounds are always beautiful. |Recommended: YesGreat place to live! — This is our second year here. It's well-maintained and quiet, and our kids have made friends here. The pool and tennis courts are nice, and the fitness room is a nice touch.
|Recommended: YesGreat , extremely peaceful ;SAFE , clean :) — I would tell them to move here in a heartbeat ; you get what you pay for .I love living out here ; my first experience at 21 years old was out here and I plan on staying out here until I'm 30 .The walls are really thin so if your neighbors are arguing I advise you turn up the music , other than that no complaints .

|Recommended: YesThis place is perfect for me! — The location is fabulous; the surroundings clean and groomed; the view, serene; the management, exceptional. I love the location of my apartment (facing woods ahead, lake to the right), and I can only see myself leaving this place 'feet-first.'
When people come into my home, they say it looks more like a house than an apartment. It 'feels like home' to me too, more than just about any place I've lived all my life. I can't say enough good about it!!

|Recommended: YesNice, quiet community. — I would tell them that the neighborhood is excellent and the layout of the apartments is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, appliances, fixtures, cabinetry, and flooring are in desperate need of an update. If you won't miss modern conveniences like a refrigerator with an ice maker or digital controls on the range and microwave, it's a great place to live...but if you'd prefer to have those things you will want to look elsewhere.
