|Recommended: YesCozy, quiet, beautiful scenery, friendly staff, excellent school, friendly neighbors, HOME — I would recommend family and friends to move out to Woodlake Village because it is a place that most people are looking for in a whole package (quiet neighborhood, excellent schools, beautiful area, friendly staff, plus beautiful view of the lake). This community is luxurious and we call this HOME.

|Recommended: YesIt's a nice, safe, and beautiful place to live. — I would tell that I really enjoy living in Woodlake and that I love my apartment at Waterpointe. I enjoy the scenery and the fact that people are nice in the neighborhood. I have a 15 year old daughter and she has made many friends in the 2 1/2 years that we have been here. It's quiet and we feel very safe here.

For an older complex, they make the effort to keep them up (plumbing replacement, Replaced old fixture with a ceiling fan, etc). Washer and Dryer/laundry room a plus. Kid's playground and easy access to woodlake trails. Few downsides. The layout of my particular apartment makes it expensive to heat/cool evenly. One apartment of shady neighbors. Outdoor lighting on building numbers would be helpful at night.
