All of our buildings are in the process of getting new exterior stairs (we have completed 8 out of 19 buildings so far over the past few months). I believe your building was completed on 5/14/15...please let me know if we need to address anything regarding the new stairs. Thank you again for taking the time to review the community!
|Recommended: YesVery friendly staff good transitional housing — I have enjoyed the convenience and price point of the apartments. Although they are older and the kitchens are very small and outdated, we have been impressed with the front office staff and maintenance staff. They are always quick to respond. The neighbors are friendly and the outside of the building and grounds are well maintained.

|Recommended: YesConstruction — don t know when last time apts has been renovated but seems like need to go thru and update to all energy effiencey appliances, windows and sub floors and some of the out doors stairs to entry the wood are rooten . Bathroom needs to updated!!! Also, floor thru entire apartment squeak badly!!! I feel sorry for the people that lives under me cause everytime we moved around they can hear us. But the prices was great for what we was looking for a short stay.

Yes, we are an older community; however, we replace appliances and renovate when and where necessary and I feel our exceptional maintenance staff maintain a desirable community. The exterior stairs of all buildings are currently being replaced and your building's stairs were just replaced in October of 2014 (please let me know if there are any issues with the new stairs to your building that I am unaware of). Our prices are the lowest market rate in the area, given the sought after Woodlake location and school system. Please let us know if we can assist in any way (within our means) to make your residency more enjoyable. Thank you again for your review!
|Recommended: YesGreat property. — It s great.. affordable.. sometimes my upstairs neighbors are rough and loud, but that is an issue that has nothingto do with the property . The staff is great and friendy. The maitance staff are accountable and respectful.

|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live — I have lived here going on 3 years now, and love it here. The front office and maintenance staff have always been friendly and prompt with any issues.
Parking can be pretty bad, wish there were assigned spaces for residents and then other parking spaces for visitors. Also, people that aren t handicapp park in those spaces all the time, and nothing has been done
I do agree that a lot of the appliances are outdated, but anytime there has been an issue, it has been fixed right away, often being replaced with a brand new appliance.

I apologize if parking has been an issue lately...our community consistently stays at 95-100% occupied, so there is a possibility that parking could be tight, especially in evenings or late at night. We have issued parking violations and have towed at least one vehicle parked in a handicapped space over the last few months; however, I am happy to provide you with the towing company's contact information if it is after hours, where it cannot be monitored as closely. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay with us more enjoyable! Thank you again for your review!

|Recommended: YesThey take care to keep the property well manicured, safe, and a pleasant place to live. — I think this is a great place to llive. Anytime I have had any minor complaints, they are addressed by management immediately. Any maintenance concerns are also addressed very promptly. The maintenance crew is very professional and I never think twice about them being in my apartment when I m not there. I would defintely recommend this property to a friend.

|Recommended: YesI love woodlake village. Staff is very friendly/helpful — The neighborhood is pretty quiet and office is alway nice and friendly. Appliances in apartments are slightly dated but I love everything else about our apartment.
