|Recommended: YesLove My Apartment — I love living at Water Pointe The people are friendly and the apartment building is quiet, My apartment overlooks the lake and I love the location. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the fact that the landscape is not maintained in the back area of the apartments where the lake is located. The steps that lead down to the gazebo is being overrun with vines and weeds and the hillside is overgrown and you really cannot see the lake in the summer time because of the overgrowth.

|Recommended: NoPool is Closed — It's the hottest day of the year and the pool is closed. When you call the answering serive you are told they CANNOT call maintenance and unlock it.
|Recommended: YesSights and space — The complex is in a nice community, and far quieter than others similar in price. It took getting a new property manager to get the residents to follow their lease and not leave a lot of junk ourside their apartments.. The property has limited parking. The sidewalks are not stroller or handicapped friendly, and appear very worn. There are pot holes in the parking lots, and mold on the porch liners and the buildings. They need to power wash these buildings but don't know if they do it here. It is relatively quiet here, and staff is always usually professional. There is very limited space for pots and pans, and dishes, pantry items in general. I do recommend it here, as long as you aren't looking for perfection and extra storage space.

|Recommended: YesLove this Apartment Complex — I love my apartment It is very spacious, not noisy, and everyone has been delightful thus far. I feel safe at night, This has been an overall perfect experience for me.
|Recommended: YesI've been at home' happy here for more than 12 years — Woodlake Village is attractive, quiet, private but also friendly. The grounds are clean and well attended, landscaping is always kept up, though the buildings could use some attention. I feel totally safe, and there are quite a few kids around playing- so alot of parents must share my feeling. The maintenance guys are quick and do a good job. They're also considerate, and flexible- like if you need them to come back later'. Everyone in the office is pleasant and helpful. They make an effort to know you, and want you to be happy living here. I've lived here for 12 year I like it
|Recommended: YesDecent Living — It's inexpensive for the space and the inclusion of a washer dryer and dishwasher. I live on an outside, basement-level apartment, so in the winter the heat does not remain insulated very well. Aside from that, though, it stays relatively cool in the summer and maintenance guys are quick to respond and fix anything and everything. Plenty of parking.

|Recommended: YesLove living at Water Pointe — I have lived here for 2 yrs.. The first year I really appreciated living in clean and quiet surroundings.. Unfortunately I now have a neighbor who does not take into consideration that other tenants live in the building. He is noisy at times and on several occasions I have knocked on his door and asked him to tone it down. Other than that I love Water Pointe.
|Recommended: YesI Can't Wait to Call Woodlake Village Home — The staff has been so very kind to me. Moving from a 500 sq ft apartment, with no amenities, to a great apartment twice the size will be the best Christmas present I have ever given myself I can't wait to call Woodlake Village home
|Recommended: YesWe love it here — The property is awesome and all of the staff is amazing. Maintenance staff is very niceand are here to fix things very quickly. We just happen to have one set of neighbors that get loud at times on their balcony but as for inside nosie the way the apartments are designed you here less noise than in the average apartment. The outside of the property at night is very well lit and makes you feel safe. They buildings could maybe use a power washing but other than that it's very nice outside. Cabinets in kitchen could use a little updating but the new appliances make up for that. They are wonderful. We love it here and would recommend it to anyone who was looking.

|Recommended: YesGood area close to everything but . . . — Good area close to everything but needs to update the gym and fix the playground has been messed up for over a year. I would like to workout at the fitness center but most the equipment is outdated and doesn't work. The playground had a caution cone in the middle of it. It really should have been fixed like LAST YEAR. It kind of sucks to pay for amenities that aren't even up to par. Otherwise it's fine, it is close to everything. The staff is nice, at least to me. Oh, parking is good sometimes we have recently have alot young kids move in and they have parties so if we come home after 9 with young children we have to hike to a parking spot on the weekends.
