Application Requirements

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. To process your application, please submit the following:

Completed rental application

$45 non-refundable application fee (per applicant)

Copy of a valid photo ID and Social Security card

One month’s worth of your most recent pay stubs

How to Pay the Application Fee

The $45 application fee must be paid directly to the Leasing Office by money order or cashier’s check.

If submitting after office hours, place your payment in the secure drop box located to the left of the front doors.

Please make sure your full name is clearly printed on the payment to ensure proper processing.

Application Deposit (Reservation Fee): Applicant(s) must pay the Application Deposit of $500.00 within forty-eight (48) hours of approval to reserve the apartment. If Applicant fails to pay the deposit within this period, the unit will not be held and may be offered to other applicants. If Applicant pays the Application Deposit and is approved but fails to cancel in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of paying the deposit or otherwise declines the unit, the Application Deposit will be forfeited to Landlord as liquidated damages. If applicant is approved and a lease is signed the $500 application deposit will be credited to your Security Deposit at move-in. This application deposit is separate from the Security Deposit, which is refundable under Virginia law (subject to lawful deductions).
